The World Series
The LA team have been brilliant all season. Finishing top of the National League with 104 wins to 58 losses was impressive enough, but they have gone on to lose just once more in the Playoffs and NLCS when brushing aside good sides in the Arizona Diamondbacks and current World Series holders, the Chicago Cubs.
The Houston Astros, who led the American League for a long time during the season, had to battle past the New York Yankees and, psychologically, that could be telling.
Although, at 8/13 with BetVictor, the Dodgers are a very short price to be crowned World Series Champions, it is hard to see the Astros beating them over seven games. Score betting might be the way to go, with a 4-0 whitewash being priced at 9/1 by the same company. If you think it will be much closer, the Dodgers to edge a seven-game thriller is 4/1, whilst 4-3 to the Astros is 11/2.
