Severn Stars v Celtic Dragons - Friday night sees Superleague’s bottom two teams go head-to-head, as Severn Stars host Celtic Dragons. Both sides are winless in two, although the Stars have given a good account of themselves so far, narrowly losing out to reigning champions Surrey Storm and division heavyweights Loughborough Lightning. The Dragons, on the other hand, have endured a sluggish start and could find themselves rooted to the bottom of the table for some time. A home win is written in the Stars.
- Top Tip: Severn Stars to win (-8.5 Handicap) - 5/6 - Sky Bet
Manchester Thunder v Sirens - Despite this being their debut season, Sirens have adapted well to life in Superleague, giving Wasps a real scare in week one, before destroying Celtic Dragons on Super Ten Weekend. In contrast, 2014 champions Manchester Thunder find themselves under real pressure, having lost their opening two games. Expect a tight contest that could be decided in the final quarter.
- Top Tip: Sirens to win - 8/15 - Sky Bet
Team Northumbria v Surrey Storm - The defending Superleague champions have started the season in fine form and are yet to taste defeat. A POTM performance from Georgia Lees helped Storm overcome Manchester Thunder on Super Ten Weekend, and a third straight win should be on the cards against a Team Northumbria side who are winless this term.
- Top Tip: Surrey Storm to win (-14.5 Handicap) - 5/6 - Sky Bet
Wasps Netball v Hertfordshire Mavericks - After two games, it is clear to see why Wasps are favourites to take this year’s Superleague crown. The division newcomers battered Team Northumbria on Super Ten Weekend, with Natalie Haythornthwaite turning in a superb performance for the away side, who racked up a hefty 70 points. The league’s top scorers face their first home game of the season against a Hertfordshire Mavericks side who have been involved in a number of tight contests already this campaign. Don’t expect this game to be as close though, with Wasps delivering a nasty sting.
- Top Tip: Wasps Netball to win - 1/25 - Sky Bet
Team Bath v Loughborough Lightning - Both sides enter this game unbeaten, but one team must taste defeat for the first time this weekend. So far this season, Team Bath have recorded two hard-fought victories on the road, while Lightning have enjoyed their duo of wins on home soil. Home advantage may come into play in this game, with the Somerset outfit narrowly edging out their Midlands opponents in a very close contest.
- Top Tip: Team Bath to win - 4/11 - Sky Bet
