Check out the latest betting odds as both teams go head-to-head in the battle for three points.

How the Bookies See it

  • Winner: Liverpool 1/4,  Draw 5/1, West Brom 9/1  - Bet365
  • First Goalscorer: Daniel Sturridge (LIV) 4/1, Divock Origi (LIV) 4/1, Roberto Firmino (LIV) 9/2 - Paddy Power
  • Correct Score: Liverpool 2-0 6/1, Liverpool 1-0 7/1, Liverpool 3-0 15/2 - BetVictor

  • Liverpool have enjoyed a decent start to the season and have certainly not been shy in front of goal. Recent big wins over Leicester and Hull have shown that the Reds are capable of being ruthless, while narrow 2-1 victories against Chelsea and Swansea have proved that Klopp’s men can dig deep in order to get the three points. In fact, the goals have been flowing so freely that Monday’s 0-0 draw with Manchester United was the first goalless draw at Anfield in the Premier League since December 2014, and only the second game this season in which Liverpool have failed to score. However, the game did deliver the side’s first clean sheet in the league this season, a positive that Klopp cited as a positive following the full time whistle.
  • West Bromwich Albion have had a mixed start to the season and find themselves in mid-table after picking up 10 points from a possible 24. Unlike their opponents this weekend, the Baggies have been far less prolific in attack, notching nine goals in eight league games. A 4-2 win over West Ham aside, Tony Pulis’ side have averaged just over 0.7 goals a game this term, with only three of these strikes coming on the road. However, the Midlands side do come into this match on the back of a spirited 1-1 draw with an impressive Tottenham side, meaning that there could be some hope for the travelling fans. ’s view

Liverpool may have failed to break down Manchester United, but they remain a force going forward. In Roberto Firmino and Philippe Coutinho, the Reds have a deadly attacking line, with the two Brazilians scoring eight goals between them this season. Both players are amongst the favourites to score anytime on Saturday, but punters will certainly enjoy better odds in the first goalscorer market, with Firmino priced at 9/2 and Coutinho coming in at odds of 5/1, both with Paddy Power. Jürgen Klopp will be hoping to welcome back Adam Lallana to his starting XI following a second-half substitute appearance on Monday. The former Southampton man has been a big hit at Anfield this season under the charismatic German manager and is 7/1 with Paddy Power to break the deadlock in this fixture.

For years, West Brom fans would dread the journey to Anfield. Between 1982 and 2010, the Baggies failed to get the better of their footballing counterparts in 19 meetings, scoring only three goals and conceding an incredible 47. However, following a 2-1 victory in April 2011, the side from the Hawthorns have booked up their ideas somewhat, winning four, drawing four and losing four of their twelve meetings with the Merseysiders in all competitions. Despite this improvement, the bookmakers are firmly against the away side this Saturday, with a West Brom win fetching odds of 11/1 with Betfred. It may be too much to ask for Tony Pulis’ side to stun the Anfield faithful, but a draw, priced at 5/1 with BetVictor, does look tempting. For those wanting to up the ante, a fourth straight 1-1 draw for the Baggies is available at 12/1 with Bet365.

•’s top tip: Roberto Firmino to score first - 9/2 with Paddy Power
